I've always been fascinated by the mysteries of human existence. Even as a child, I had no shortage of aspirations and dreams, but as I grew older, I found myself unmotivated and distracted. Instead of fearlessly pursuing life, I spent many years as a perpetual wanderer. Sometimes, it is through the absence of a purpose that we find one—an experience I can certainly attest to.

As my thirties approached, I found myself chronically unwell. On my long path to recovery, I read many books on wellness and life through both modern and traditional perspectives. These explorations and discoveries were enjoyable, but even the most significant health and wellness teachings I encountered didn’t satisfy my questioning mind. I was searching for a comprehensive guide that could address the totality of the human experience I was truly having. As my spiraling thoughts began to settle, I started uncovering more meaningful insights through persistent pondering. Prolonged self-reflection continued to empower me and illuminate my path, leading me to combine holistic wellness with philosophical thought and reasoning.

Many years later, most of my time is still dedicated to contemplation and distilling complex thought forms into dialogues of direction and purpose. This introspective journey continues to humble my mind, impact my well-being, and shape my interests and lifelong goals. For those new to philosophy or holistic wellness, trust that pursuing these broad forms of knowledge is both frustrating and exhilarating. Above all, they urge us to remain engaged and curious, and never to assume that all the layers of ourselves and our reality have been discovered. Keep scribbling in your notes with passion and intrigue; there may come a time when you begin to reveal questions and answers that others have not.

I live a quiet, simple life. Who, what, and why we are have always taken center stage in my solitude. Others may focus on the names we are given, the appearance of our bodies, our jobs and finances, the accumulation of our possessions, or even a few of our questionable tendencies. However, in my view, these are only small parts of  who we are and what it means to be a human being.

Personally, I am not only drawn to discovering more of who and why we truly are, but also to what we can become through the universal pursuit of health and happiness. By 'universal pursuit', I mean one that is both socially integrated and individually unique to each of us. For me, this is not just a lifestyle choice, but also a reflection of everything beautiful in our world. Above all, this purpose brings me peace and joy in what can be a challenging human experience, which is why I remain committed to it.
